About the Host: Dr. Virgil Alcazaren is a professor of Business and Supply Chain Management at Genesee Community College and Niagara University. He brings over 20 years of industry experience including executive leadership at M&T Bank, where he led strategic initiatives in finance, analytics and perfromance management. He also founded an international trade company and has worked across banking, healthcare, and legal fields. Dr. Alcazaren holds a Doctorate in Leadership, an MBA, and a background in engineering. He's passionate about mentoring students, making business concepts real-world relevant, and inspiring the next generation of supply chain professionals.
