Fall 2016 Tuition Due Date
Tuition for the Fall 2016 semester is DUE no later than Friday, July 29, 2016. Payment is due upon registration after July 29th.
2nd 8 weeks of full semester; 2nd 4 weeks of summer semester.

Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Business Office by August 26th will result in having your tuition charges “doubled.” ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year. Classes begin Monday, October 17, 2016. You will receive a 100% tuition refund for dropping from the Fall 2016 Last 8 Week Session PRIOR to October 17th.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, October 17th, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 17th through Sunday, October 23rd.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2016 Last 8 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 23rd.
You may begin using your excess Fall 2016 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 1, 2016.
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, November 15th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 8 Week session.
Fall registration is open to all students.
Students who have earned at least 1 credit hour at Genesee Community College are eligible to register for Fall courses beginning on this date.
All Last 8 Weeks sections begin on this day.
This is the last day students can add a Last 8 Weeks section without the instructors approval.
