Faculty must have grades submitted on the web by 12:00pm on this day.
Failure to submit a 2014-2015 Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Business Office by January 16th will result in having your tuition charges "doubled". ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate for the 2014-2015 Academic Year. Contact the Business Office at (585) 343-0055, Ext. 6212 for more information. Follow the instructions on the application form mailed with your tuition statement.
You may begin using your excess Spring 2015 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 5th. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is January 29, 2015.
Classes begin Monday, March 16th. You must withdraw from the Spring 2015 Last 8 Week Session PRIOR to Monday, March 16th to receive a 100% refund.
You will receive a 25% Refund (75% charge) for withdrawing beginning Monday, March 16th - Sunday, March 22nd.
There is NO Refund for withdrawing from the Spring 2015 Last 8 Week Session Monday, March 23rd and AFTER.
Students who have not attended by census date for the part of term are marked as No Show during this time period. Students recorded as No Show are administratively withdrawn from the course.
Students who have earned at least 1 credit hour at Genesee Community College are eligible to register for Spring courses beginning on this date.
All Last 8 Weeks sections begin on this day.
This is the last day students can add a Last 8 Weeks section without the instructors approval.
