Full - Last day to add without signatures
This is the last day students can add a Full Term section without the instructors approval.
Full - Census - last day to add or drop
This is the last day a student can drop a Full Term section and not receive a grade.
Full - Withdrawal period begins
Student withdrawing from a Full Term class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "W" on their transcipt for the course.
Full - Withdrawal period ends
This is the last day for Students withdrawing from a Full Term class to receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course. After this date they will receive a grade of "F".
Full - Grade of "F" begins
Student withdrawing from a Full Term class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "F" on their transcript for the course.
Web Grading begins
Web Grading is opened for Faculty submission of Grades beginning on this date.
End of Term

Summer Web Grading ends grades must be entered by 12:00 pm
Faculty must have grades submitted on the web by 12:00pm on this day.
Spring 2015 W/D Refund 25%-Full Semester
A 25% tuition refund (75% charge) will be granted if proper withdrawal procedures are followed for the period of January 26th through February 1st. Contact the Business Office at 585-343-0055 ext. 6212 for more info. The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full Semester Classes is February 1st.
