Student withdrawing from a First 5 Weeks class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "F" on their transcript for the course.

Web Grading is opened for Faculty submission of Grades beginning on this date for First 5 Weeks sections.
Faculty must have grades submitted on the web by 12:00pm on this day.
You may begin using your excess Spring 2019 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 7th. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, February 12th.
Tuition for the Spring 2019 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 28, 2018. Payment is due upon registration after December 28th.
Classes begin Monday, January 14, 2019. You will receive a 100% tuition refund for dropping from the Spring 2019 First 8 Week Session PRIOR to January 14th.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, January 14th, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 14th through Sunday, January 20th. Contact the Student Success Center at 585-345-6805 for more information.
There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2019 First 8 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER January 20th.
Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Success Center by January 18th will result in having your tuition charges “doubled”. ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year.

This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2019 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, February 12th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the First 8 Week session.
