Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, February 11 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the First 8 Week session.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, January 13 through Sunday, January 19. Contact the Student Success Center at 585-345-6805 for more information.

There is NO tuition refund for the Spring 2020 First 8 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER January 19.

Classes begin Monday, January 13, 2020. You will receive a 100% tuition refund for dropping from the Spring 2020 First 8 Week Session PRIOR to January 13.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, January 13, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Spring 2020 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 6. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, February 11.

This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2020 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

Failure to submit a Residency Application and/or Certificate to the Student Success Center by January 17 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled”. ALL students MUST submit a Residency Application/Certificate each year.
