 Professional Activity Days for Faculty and Staff

Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, November 24, 2020 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 7 Week session.

You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 26 through Sunday, November 1, 2020.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2020 Last 7 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER November 1, 2020.

You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, October 26, 2020 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, October 26, 2020 will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.

You may begin using your excess Fall 2020 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, October 19, 2020. Your aid must be on your account to do so.

The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2020 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 28 through Sunday, October 4, 2020.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2020 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 4, 2020.

You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 21 through Sunday, September 27, 2020.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for the Last 12 Week session is October 4, 2020.
