12 Week Term

Tuition for the Spring 20223 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 9, 2022. Payment is due upon registration after December 9.

Students may withdraw with a grade of "W" from 2/27/2023 through 4/24/2023

Any Last 12 Week Session student whose aid has disbursed to their account by October 18, 2022, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on October 25, 2022.

Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificate for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, October 25, 2022 is the last day your County is required to issue a Residency Certificate for the Last 12 Week session.

This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2022 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.

You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, October 3 through Sunday, October 9, 2022.

There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2022 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 9, 2022.

You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 26 through Sunday, October 2, 2022.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for the Last 12 Week session is October 9, 2022.
