Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Tuesday, October 16th is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 12 Week session.
All Last 12 Weeks sections begin on this day.
Student withdrawing from a Last 12 Weeks class beginning on this date will receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course.
This is the last day students can add a Last 12 Weeks section without the instructors approval.
This is the last day a student can drop a Last 12 Weeks section and not receive a grade.
Fall registration is open to all students
This is the last day for Students withdrawing from a Last 12 Weeks class to receive a grade of "W" on their transcript for the course. After this date they will receive a grade of "F".
All instructors must submit a Grade Change Form by this date for students who were issued a grade of "IP" in the last Fall Semester.
