Tuition for the Winterim 2019 semester is DUE no later than Monday, November 25, 2019. Payment is due upon registration after November 25.

Fall 2019 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate – Last 8 Week Session
Counties are only required to issue residency certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, November 13, 2019 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Last 8 Week session.
Fall 2019 25% Tuition Refund – Last 8 Week Session
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, October 15 through Monday, October 21, 2019.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2019 Last 8 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER October 21, 2019.
Fall 2019 Last day to drop for 100% Refund – Last 8 Week Session
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, October 15, 2019 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.
Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, October 15, 2019 will be charge in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
Fall 2019 Fin Aid Bookstore Charges – Last 8 Week Session
You may begin using your excess Fall 2019 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Tuesday, October 7, 2019. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Monday, October 28, 2019.
Fall 2019 Last Day to Obtain a Residency Certificate – Last 12 Week Session

Fall 2019 Last Day for Bookstore Vouchers – Last 12 Week Session
This is the last day you may use your excess Fall 2018 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
Fall 2019 30% Tuition Refund – Last 12 Week Session
You will receive a 30% tuition refund (70% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 23 through Sunday, September 29, 2019.
There is NO tuition refund for the Fall 2019 Last 12 Week Session for withdrawing AFTER September 29, 2019.
Fall 2019 60% Tuition Refund – Last 12 Week Session
You will receive a 60% tuition refund (40% charge) for dropping beginning Monday, September 16 through Sunday, September 22, 2019.
The last day for ANY tuition refund for the Last 12 Week session is September 29, 2019.
Fall 2019 Last day to drop for 100% Refund – Last 12 Week Session
