Any Full semester student whose aid has disbursed to their account by February 18, 2025, and that disbursement of aid creates a credit balance on their account will have a financial aid refund issued on February 25, 2025.
Counties are only required to issue Residency Certificates for the first 30 days of a semester. Wednesday, February 19 is the last day your County is required to issue a certificate for the Full Semester session.
This is the last day you may use your excess Spring 2025 Financial Aid to purchase textbooks.
You will receive a 25% tuition refund (75% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, February 4 through Monday, February 10.

Failure to submit a Residency Certificate to the Student Success Center by January 24 will result in having your tuition charges “doubled”. ALL students MUST submit a Residency Certificate each year.

You will receive a 75% tuition refund (25% charge) for dropping beginning Tuesday, January 21 through Monday, January 27.

The last day for ANY tuition refund for Full semester classes is February 10.
You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Tuesday, January 21, to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty. Students that drop ON or AFTER Tuesday, January 21, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
You may begin using your excess Spring 2025 Financial Aid to purchase books beginning Monday, January 13. Your aid must be on your account to do so.
The last day to purchase books using your aid is Tuesday, February 18.
Tuition for the Spring 2025 semester is DUE no later than Friday, December 6, 2024. Payment is due upon registration after December 6.
