Buffalo Gay Men's Chorus

Buffalo Gay Men's Chorus is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a concert that honors the past and looks to the future.  We will sing classics like "Can You Feel the Love Tonight," "You Raise Me Up," and "True Colors," as well as new works including Steve Milloy's "Heavy" and Mark Alan DeWaters' "Names."  Other favorites to be performed are "Cantique de Jean Racine," "Auld Lang Syne," "You Can't Stop the Beat," and many more. Humphrey Symposium

The Wolcott J. Humphrey III Symposium on Leadership and Community Life was created at Genesee Community College to honor the memory of Wolcott (Jay) Humphrey, a highly respected business and community leader after his unexpected death in 2001. Jay was president of Pavilion State Bank (now Five Star Bank, a regional financial services institution) and was active in numerous charitable and civic causes. At the time of his death, he was serving as chair of the Genesee Community College Board of Trustees.
