Email and Blackboard and BANNER, Oh My! GCC uses a variety of communication tools, sometimes interchangeably and sometimes not. This quick workshop for new students will assist in straightening out the communications spaghetti. We'll cover the major online tools, how to go offline / old school, and which tool is right for which situation. The next time your professor offhandedly notes that this information is "available online," you'll know exactly where to go!
