You must drop PRIOR to the first day of classes, which is Monday, August 19, 2019 to obtain a 100% tuition refund and avoid incurring a drop penalty.

Students that drop ON or AFTER Monday, August 19, 2019, will be charged in accordance with the SUNY Tuition Refund Policy.
